Alright, time for the nitty gritty details!

This 4 month comprehensive program includes:

  • 90 min. Deep Dive Session
    • During this session, we explore your health and nutrition goals and dive deep into your health and medical history. You’ll share your health story with me, we’ll discuss your past and current symptoms, we’ll review any past labs and testing you’ve completed with other providers, we’ll discuss your current diet and lifestyle, and we’ll make decisions about which testing to pursue going forward. You’ll walk away with my initial impressions and some handy nutrition resources, but the big changes will come at our next session.
  • 60 min. Lab Review Session
    • We’ll review your labs and come up with our game plan based on the results.
    • Your plan will include food, supplements, and lifestyle strategies that address the root cause of your symptoms.
  • Three 60 min. Check In sessions
    • Once a month, we’ll meet to discuss your progress, changes in your symptoms, review your food diary, and adjust our plan as needed. 
  • Expert analysis of high-quality functional lab panels and any relevant labs that you have completed with other providers. Lab testing is required to create an effective, personalized nutrition plan. We’ll choose tests based on your specific situation, but plan to spend at least $600 (paid directly to the lab companies).
  • Direct chat support via the Practice Better app. 
  • Personalized supplement plan and 20% discount on professional-grade supplements. You’ll also get an ongoing 10% supplement discount after your 4-month program has ended. Please note that supplements are purchased separately, directly from the supplement company. Costs vary depending on each client’s needs.
  • Summary of your plan, uploaded to your patient portal after each of our appointments, along with plenty of tips, tools, recipes, worksheets, and other resources.

Frequently asked questions

No, but I can provide you with an itemized receipt (called a Superbill) to submit to your insurance. In some cases you may have out-of-network benefits or be able to apply the fees to your deductible.

I don’t provide meal plans, because I’ve found that they don’t truly help my clients. What I will do is give you the tools and resources you need to plan your own meals AND eat well without a plan. If you really, really want a meal plan, I can point you in the direction of good, free meal plans available online or at your local library. We can also spend one of your coaching sessions creating a meal plan together.
